What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money orders, cash, check or online banking that you can set up with your own bank. We also have a drop box for checks for after hours.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is due on the first of each month.
Will I receive a refund?
Yes, your refund will be prorated based on your vacate date. Provided your unit is clean upon vacating.
When can I access my unit?
You can access your individual unit 24/7. The large storage building is accessible by setting up a time with the office.
What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward. Roll up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Can I buy boxes and other packaging products?
Yes. Just let us know what you need and we will have it ready for you.
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
You can purchase a new lock at our facility or bring your own.
